Summary Ordinance No. 14,036, an ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with KMT Painting & Decorating, LLC dated August 12, 2024 regarding the interior repairs at the Pontchartrain Convention and Civic Center for a new increase of $245,158.00, increasing the total not to exceed to $1,825,158.00, and adding Two Hundred Ninety-Nine (299) working days for the General Services Department. 16-G.
