WHEREAS, the position of President of the City Council is an order of business of the newly
organized City Council;

New York State Law at certain times require the use of an official publication for the City; and
NOW, THEREFORE BAE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Daily Gazette, a newspaper publication of general circulation within the
City of Schenectady, is hereby designated for the years 2026-2027 as the official publication of the City
of Schenectady, New York.
