• Reading of the minutes from the regular meeting on 02-25-2021 and 03-02-
2021 will not be necessary since all Board Members have been furnished a
copy in advance of the meeting. After approval by the Board the Minutes are
public record and available for review. A motion to approve the minutes is
required.
