1. Mayor and Council to meet in a facilitate workshop format to work on Strategic Visioning
for the City of Eureka.

Pursuant to the Brown Act §54954.3(a) the public shall be provided an opportunity to speak
only on items that are listed on the Special Meeting Agenda. Pursuant to City Council
Resolution 2011-22, City Council policy is to limit each speaker to three (3) minutes. Such
time allotment or portion thereof shall not be transferred to other speakers.
