Install a 15'w x 18'l boat lift on existing poles. All work a max of 50'
channelward of the MHWL.

1. PORT-2026-00001 - 7040 BEMBE BEACH RD
Construction of a breakwall and living shoreline to restore the beach
area in front of the bulkhead that has eroded away.

1. PORT-2026-00004 - 3 EASTERN AVE.
Reconstruction +/- 132 LF of Bulkhead 18" Channelward of Ex. Bulkhead.
Remove and reinstall +/- 132 LF of Stone Reinforcement along Bulkhead.
Install Boat lift w/ Associated Piles & (2) Dual-PWC Lifts.

Replace in-kind 25’ bulkhead. Replace 26’ bulkhead 18” channelward. Raise
height of bulkheads 1.5’. Grade hill to meet bulkhead. Install 6’ retaining wall.
Remove existing pier, piles, and platforms. Install 6’ x 82’ floating pier and
10.3’ x 13’ floating platform. Install 4’ x 16’ gangway.
3. PORT-2026-00003 - 109 DUKE OF GLOUCESTER ST. (St. Mary’s Parish)
Install approximately 650 linear feet of living shoreline.
