Public Comments
Members of the public may provide public comment for this meeting in person at the meeting or or in writing as described below.

In-person public comment: Public comment on business agenda items will be opened and may be provided during consideration of that business agenda item. Public comment on Consent Calendar and non-agenda items will be opened and may be provided during Agenda Item No. 6.

Written public comment (hard copy or email): Public comment may be submitted via email to planning@cerritos.gov or by hard copy to the Community Development Department no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please identify the agenda item number in the subject line of the email or hard copy document. All written correspondence received by the 3:00 p.m. deadline will be distributed to the Commission prior to the meeting and retained with the official meeting record.

6. Public Comments and Suggestions
This section is reserved for public comment on Consent Calendar and items not listed on the agenda but that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. Verbal comments may be limited to three minutes per speaker, subject to the Chair extending to a maximum of five minutes per speaker, with a total time allotted not to exceed 45 minutes unless the Chair extends.

Items listed under the Consent Calendar are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. Subject to the discretion of the Commission, there will be no separate discussion of these items. If a Commission member requests separate consideration, the item may be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately.

THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS ZONED AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN EIGHTEEN (ADP-18) (APN 7055-017-023).*

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act and the City of Cerritos Commission and Committee Scope of Authority Policy, there may be no discussion or action taken on any matters presented during this item or that are not listed on the meeting agenda.
