CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
The purpose of this item is to allow citizens an opportunity to address the City Council on items that are not listed on the
agenda,aswellasanyconsentagenda,executivesession,orworkshopitems.Anypersondesiringtomakeapubliccomment
mustfirstfilloutaspeakerrequestform,andberecognizedbythepresidingofficer.Individualcitizencommentsarelimitedto
threeminutes. TheCityCouncilhasnoobligationtorespondinanymannertocommentsorquestionsfromthepublic. Any
responsefromamemberoftheCityCounciltocommentsonitemsnotlistedontheagendaislimitedtoastatementofspecific
factual information, a recitation of existing policy, or direction to staff to place the subject on the agenda for a future City
Council meeting.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
PursuanttotheTexasOpenMeetingsAct,Chapter551oftheTexasGovernmentCode,theCityCouncil
may convene into Executive Session to deliberate regarding the following matter:
Sec. 551.071 Consultation with Attorney: The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive
Session at any time during the course of this meeting to seek legal advice from the City Attorney about
any matters listed on the agenda, and the following topics:
(a) Cause No. 141-290750-17, City of Westworth Village, Texas v. City of White Settlement, Texas;
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Take action, if any, on items discussed in Executive Session.
CONSENT AGENDA
All items on the Consent Agenda are routine or previously discussed items and will be approved with one motion; however,
should a member of the City Council wish to discuss any item, said item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and
considered under Deliberation Agenda.

3) Acknowledge receipt and approval of Quarterly Investment Report for Quarter ending March 31, Page 17

4) Approval of a resolution finding that ONCOR Electric Delivery Company LLC’s application for Page 24
approval to amend its distribution cost recovery factor to increase distribution rates within the city
should be denied; authorizing participation with ONCOR Cities Steering Committee authorizing the
hiring of legal counsel and consulting services; finding that the city’s reasonable rate case expenses
shall be reimbursed by the company.

7) Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing continued participation in Tarrant County’s Page 39
Community Development Block Grant, Home Investment Partnership and Emergency Solutions
Grant Consortium for the three year program year period, fiscal year 2021 through fiscal year 2023.
8) Discuss and consider an ordinance approving the extension of the Mayor’s Second Declaration of
Public health Emergency.
