ELECTED AT THE VILLAGE ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 18, 2025
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Chester, New York, in a meeting
duly convened and held in the Town of Rye Justice Courtroom, 350 North Main Street,
Port Chester, New York, on the 20th day of March, 2025, in compliance with the
provisions of the Charter of said Village, for the purpose of canvassing the vote given at
the Village Election held in said Village on the 18th day of March 2025, for the election
of officers of said Village, does hereby certify the following named persons were voted
for at said election for the offices herein below designated, receiving the following
number of votes in each polling place in said Village such polling places having been
heretofore designated by the Board, the number of votes cast for each officer in each
polling place being stated after her/his name:

MARCH 18, 2025 ELECTION
DECLARATION OF MAYOR AND TRUSTEES ELECT
On motion of TRUSTEE , seconded by TRUSTEE , the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Chester, New
York:
WHEREAS, returns for the Village election held in and for the Village of Port
Chester, New York, on the 18th day of March, 2025, have been filed with this Board
according to law; and
WHEREAS, said returns as tabulated, show that Luis Marino, has received the
greatest number of votes for MAYOR for the term of two (2) years; and
WHEREAS, said returns as tabulated, show that Philip Dorazio, George Ford,
Sylvia Dundon, Nancy F. Naulaguari, John Allen and Richard Abel, have received the
greatest number of votes for TRUSTEE for the term of three (3) years. Now therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, that this Board does hereby declare and certify that the said Luis
Marino is elected MAYOR of the Village of Port Chester for the ensuing term of two (2)
years, commencing April 8, 2025 and to expire on April 5, 2027 at an annual rate of
compensation as set forth in the Village Budget or as heretofore adopted by the Board of
Trustees, to be paid every two weeks. and that Philip Dorazio, George Ford, Sylvia
Dundon, Nancy F. Naulaguari, John Allen and Richard Abel, are elected TRUSTEES of
the Village of Port Chester, New York, each for the ensuing terms of three (3) years,
commencing April 8, 2025 and expiring on April 3, 2028, at an annual rate of
compensation as set forth in the Village Budget or as heretofore adopted by the Board of
Trustees, to be paid every two weeks.
