The City of Oskaloosa Civil Service Commission met Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at
5:00 p.m. Andy Holmberg called the meeting to order at 5:11 p.m. with Wyndell Campbell and
BeverlyHutchinsonpresent. AlsopresentwerePoliceChiefBenBoekeandCityClerkAmyMiller.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Campbell, seconded by Hutchinson to approve the November 1, 2023
minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
ChiefBoekepresentedablindlistoftestresultsfromthelateralpatrolofficertesting. It
wasmovedbyCampbell,secondedbyHutchisontocertifythefollowingcandidatefromablind
list for lateral patrol officer:
Richard Fortney
Motion carried unanimously.
It was moved by Campbell, seconded by Hutchison that the meeting adjourn. Motion
carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m.
