5. Open Public Hearing Thomas Bjelica for a Conditional Use application for a
cabin/RV parking spot located at two separate locations.
a. Location One: Parcel #11-32-200-005-00 at NE Quarter of the NE Quarter of
Section 32, Township 95 North, Range 16 West of the 5th P.M., St Charles
Township, Floyd County, Iowa.
b. Location Two: Parcel #11-33-300-005-00 at South Half of the West Half of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 95 North, Range 16 West of the
5th P.M., St Charles Township, Floyd County, Iowa.
6. Discussion by the Board.
a. Chair will ask for a motion to approve or deny conditional use permit
application.
