Setting a Public Hearing to consider the advisability of adopting a
Local Law Amending the code of the Village of Port Chester, Chapter
1 345, “Zoning,” revising the definition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit
and reducing the number of Zoning Districts where they are a
permitted accessory use.
REQUESTS FOR AN ADD-ON RESOLUTIONS ACTION
Authorizing the Village Manager to enter into a Retainer Agreement
with Paul Derohannesian, Esq. for the appeal of the decision of the

New York State Supreme Court in Village of Port Chester v.
Westchester County Board of Elections.
Declaring certain property owned by the Village to be surplus to the

Village’s needs and authorizing disposal of same.

Authorizing the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with
4 Speck Dempsey LLC for a “Walkable City Talk” in the amount of
$25,000 plus travel expenses for Mr. Speck and an associate.
Retaining Joint Special Counsel to monitor and participate in
5 proceedings before the Public Service Commission with regard to
submissions by Veolia Water for increase in water rates.
Conditional offer of employment to James Foley as a Police Officer of
