Recommendation: 1) Authorize the city manager to seek proposals from qualified municipal waste consulting services firms; or in the alternative 1) Do not authorize city manager to seek proposals; or 2) Provide additional direction to staff. B. Request name for future park in Bridges subdivision. Recommendation: 1) Identify a name for the park located in the Heritage Valley Park Specific Plan Area, Phase 1B, Tentative Tract Map 5496; or in the alternative 1) Request the Parks Commission to propose a name for the park; 2) Request a “Park” naming contest as was done for Two Rivers Park; or 3) Request an informal citizen vote on a range of names such as Bridges Park, Heritage Valley Park, Rio Vista Park, Basin Park, Hearthstone Park [PAGE 4] C. Approval of contract with Willdan Financial Services to update the Master Fee Schedule for City Services and Cost Allocation Plan.
