1. Final Plat of Phase 3 of Victoria Station Subdivision by the Neumann Companies.
G. BUILDING/DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW/DISPOSITION.
1. Final review and approval of the Site, Building and Business Plan of Operation for the
Interstate Partners proposed two building development on the north side of Bluemound
Road east of Pewaukee Road plus any necessary discussion and action regarding
wastewater disposition on the site.
2. Final review and approval of Site, Building and Business Plan of Operation for
Interstate Partners building development on the south side of Watertown Road
(CTH M) across the highway from the Waukesha Gun Club.
3. Final Site, Building and Business Plan of Operation for the Aubrey assisted living
operation on College Avenue at Meadowbrook Road. (See minutes of August 15,
2013).
H. OTHER BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THE PLAN COMMISSION.
1. Discussion and recommendation regarding a Pewaukee citizens request that the
Common Council change the City Zoning Ordinance to allow farm animals to be kept
on one (1) acre lots in the City of Pewaukee.
