 Minutes
 Reading of the minutes from the regular meeting on 02-25-2021 and 03-02-
2021 will not be necessary since all Board Members have been furnished a
copy in advance of the meeting. After approval by the Board the Minutes
are public record and available for review. A motion to approve the
minutes is required. Approved
New Business:
 Review and approval of the Special Use Permit format- Approved
 NewTerra owner, Norm Lavoie had additional questions about what he could and
couldn’t do. Mr. David Ryan did as well. Chairman Townsend advised to
provide a site plan. Mr. Lavoie indicated he couldn’t provide a site plan at this
time. He did not provide a timeline of when the board would receive the site plan.
 Chairman, Allen Townsend asks for a motion to adjourn. Ricky Stephens made a
motion to adjourn @6:36pm. Carlton Stallings 2nd the motion. Allen Townsend,
Ricky Stephens, Chris Bradford and Carlton Stallings all voted yes. Motion
passed.
