Notice to Citizens: The City Commissioners are conducting city business in person. The
commission meetings are open to the public unless otherwise allowed by law. The purpose
of the meeting of the Commissioners of Cambridge on January 28, 2026, is to hold a closed
Session pursuant to Md. Code Md. Code Ann § 3-305(b)(7) and (8) to obtain legal advice from,
and consult with, the City Attorney regarding pending or potential litigation. The majority of
the meeting will be held in closed session. However, the open session portions will be
televised via Town Hall Streams( Town Hall - Town Hall Streams), and the public is welcome to
attend those portions in person

5:15 pm 1. Mayor to Convene Commission in Special Work Session.
2. Motion to hold a Closed Session pursuant to Md. Code Ann § 3-305(b)(7) and (8)
to obtain legal advice from, and consult with, the City Attorney regarding pending
or potential litigation.

City Commission meetings are conducted in open session unless otherwise indicated. Pursuant to
the Maryland Open Meetings Act, all or a portion of the Commission meeting may be held in closed
session by vote of the Commission. Please note that the order of agenda items is subject to change
and that meetings are subject to audio and video recording.
