SUBJECT: Right of Entry expenditure
Recommendation: Approve expenditure
BACKGROUND: Before property for a Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion is
considered, HDR needs to conduct environmental and soil analysis. Before we can enter
the property to collect samples, the landowners are requiring a right of entry payment of
$1,000.
FISCAL IMPACT: $1,000.00 budgeted capital expense
