Benito Municipal Building, San Benito, Texas. In the event a quorum of the San Benito
City Commission is present, this will be a Special Meeting of the City Commission at
which time the Commission may discuss issues below.

Thursday, May 23, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 401 N. Sam Houston, at

Christmas Parade operations to the Chamber
3. Schedule meeting date and time for ResacaFest planning meeting with City departments
4. Update on fireworks display
5. Discussion and action on setting vendors’ fee
6. Discussion on sponsorships
7. New and old business
8. Adjournment
