1.0 Call to Order, Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence
2.0 Public Comments - Please limit your comments to 2 minutes, if further time for discussion is needed,
please contact the Park/Recreation Director prior to the meeting.
3.0 Approval of February 12, 2014 minutes.
4.0 Discussion and action regarding request to use Nettesheim Park for a fishing event on Saturday, June
14, 2014. [Laimon]
5.0 Discussion and action regarding request to utilize Pewaukee beach for open water swims by P3 on
Monday evenings from June 2-August 25, 2014.
6.0 Discussion and action regarding approval of the 2014 summer program offerings. [Kaskey]
7.0 Update regarding the Pewaukee Sports Complex. [Rohde]
8.0 Adjourn into closed session. You are hereby notified that the Joint Park and Recreation Board will
convene into closed session after all regular scheduled business has been concluded and upon motion
duly made and seconded and acted upon by roll-call vote as required under §19.85(1), Stats. Board
members and staff will attend the closed session. The purpose of the closed session is for the
following:
• Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any
public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility
pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c), Stats., specifically regarding the possible restructuring of
duties and performance, promotion of staff in building and parks departments.
You are further notified that at the conclusion of the Closed Session, the Joint Park and Recreation
Board may convene into open session pursuant to §19.85(2), Stats., for possible additional discussion
and action concerning any matters discussed in closed session.

referred to above in this notice.
