1. Call to order and roll call: Mayor Pohlman called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM. On the call of the
roll, the following were present: Don Pohlman, Mike Penkwitz, Matt Kaczkowski, Susan Brown, and
Larry Siegert. Also present were: Leslie Jochman – Library Director, Tim Blakeslee – City
Administrator, Jack Johnson – Assistant City Administrator, Anna Voigt – City Clerk, and Dan Wiitanen
– Somerville Architect.
2. Approval of Minutes from February 19, 2026: Motion was made by Kaczkowski/Brown to approve
the minutes. A unanimous aye vote was cast. Motion carried.
3. Continued Discussion with Somerville Architects on the Library Project: Wiitanen, the Architect
from Somerville, went over the most recent renderings. Halle Laverdure, interior designer from
Sommerville, brought in samples for the board to see colors and material that could be used. The board
talked about the upcoming Open House coming up. Brown asked for a rendering standing in the
entryway coming into the Library.
4. Adjourn: Motion was made by Brown/Siegert to adjourn the meeting. A unanimous aye vote was cast.
Motion carried.
