SAVANNAH PROPERTY LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE EXISTING CORPORATE
LIMITS AND BEING THE TERRITORY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL IDENTIFICATION
NUMBERS: 11026 02001, 11027 01014, 11027 01015, 11027 01016, 11027 01016A,
11027 01016B, 11027 01016C, 11027 01016D, 11027 01016E, and 11027 01017; TO
REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Waste Management of Georgia, Inc. is the owner of certain tracts of land
contiguous to the corporate limits of the City and has submitted a petition requesting
annexation to the City; and
WHEREAS, the provisions of Chapter 36 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia
Annotated (O.C.G.A. 36-36-20 et seq.) have been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Savannah, Georgia, in regular meeting of Council assembled and pursuant to lawful
authority thereof:
SECTION 1: The following tracts being contiguous to the City of Savannah and
