Adoption of Joint Resolution No. 1 Regarding Continued Operation of the Senior Center and Development of the Adjacent Vacant Lot Recommendation: 1) City Council/Agency Board adopt the Joint Resolution No. 1 confirming the City’s intention to maintain the current senior Center property as a senior [PAGE 4] center and to develop the small agency-owned vacant parcel adjacent to the senior center for use by seniors; or in the alternative 1) Do not adopt the joint resolution; or 2) Provide other direction to staff. 11. The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to confer with legal counsel regarding two matters of litigation to which the City is a party. The title of such litigation is as follows: City of Fillmore v. Ramon M. Becerra; Superior Case Number CIV245419; and Southwest Jet Fuel BOE Case Number 486732. B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION. The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.9(d)(2) and (d)(3), because there is significant exposure to litigation in three cases. C. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION. The City Council will conduct a closed session, pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.9(d)(4), because the City is considering whether to initiate litigation in two cases. 15.
