Purpose: Closed session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 13D.05, Subdivision 3(b), for a
confidential attorney-client discussion regarding pending litigation in the matter City of Inver
Grove Heights v. Douglas A. Schaaf, et. al, Court File Number 19HA-CV-21-3091
