NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
CITY OF SAN BENITO CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

During the course of this meeting, the San Benito Civil Service Commission may retire
into Executive Session under Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) to consult
with its legal counsel on legal matters relating to any item on this item on this agenda
when the duty of the attorney to the Civil Service Commission under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. The San Benito Civil Service Commission
reserves the right to consider and address any of the items in this agenda in any order
during the meeting.
Notice is also hereby given that a possible quorum of the San Benito City Commission
may attend the meeting of the San Benito Civil Service to be held on Monday, April 7,
2025, at 7:30a.m. at the same location. In the event of a quorum of the San Benito City
Commission is present at this meeting of the San Benito Civil Service Commission, the
individual member of the San Benito City Commission may discuss any item posted
below.

III. Public Comments – (Speaker/Remarks limited to three minutes).
IV. Approval of Minutes:
A. Consideration and possible action to approve August 16, 2024, and
February 25, 2025, Regular Civil Service Commission Meeting.

V. New Business:
A. Consideration and possible action to approve the Entry Level
Firefighters Exam list for the exam proctored on March 24, 2025,
composed of two (2) candidates.
