NOTICE OF ADOPTION GIVEN BY THE BEAVER COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS
By Various Taxing Entities
Approving and Adopting
Interlocal Agreements between the Beaver County Redevelopment Agency and each of the
following entities: Beaver County, Beaver County School District, Milford Area Health Care
Service District #3, and Beaver County Fire Service District #2, Collectively Referred to as
(the “Interlocal Agreements”)
Pursuant to Title 17C, Limited Purpose Local Government Entities – Community
Reinvestment Agency Act and specifically 17C-5-205, as well as the noticing requirements
in 63G-30-102, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, the Beaver County Redevelopment
Agency (the “Agency”) is providing this notice with respect to the Interlocal Agreements.
Below is a summary table of all Taxing Entities with their respective Interlocal Agreements
in addition to the dates they were approved and adopted.

Each respective Interlocal Agreement is available for public inspection at the County
Offices at 105 E Center St, Beaver, UT 84713 during regular office hours, (Monday-
Thursday: 8am – 5pm, Friday: 8am – 12pm).
Summary of Interlocal Agreements of Various Taxing Entities Regarding the
Milford II (Expansion) CRA
Interlocal Agreements between the Agency and each of the following entities: Beaver
County, Beaver County School District, Milford Area Health Care Service District #3, and
Beaver County Fire Service District #2, approved the diversion of tax increment from each
taxing entity to the Agency.
This Notice will be posted for a period of at least 30 days, after which it will be “effective”
according to 17C-5-205.
For a period of 30 days after the “effective date” of the Interlocal Agreements, any person in
interest may contest the Interlocal Agreements or the procedure used to adopt them if the
Interlocal Agreements or procedure fails to comply with applicable statutory requirements.
After expiration of that 30-day period, no person may contest the Official Plan or procedure
used to adopt it for any cause.
This Notice is provided July 30, 2025, and will be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website
in addition to the County’s website.
