existing Jefferson Parish Contract No. 55-00023221 with Truck & Transportation
Equipment Co., Inc. to purchase vehicle bodies and accessories for city vehicles
on an as needed basis not to exceed $750,000.00 annually for the Department of
Fleet Management.
16-B. Summary Ordinance No. 14,049, an ordinance accepting the lowest responsive
bid received from Beacon Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, Inc. to
remove, furnish and install one (1) 3-Ton System Gas Furnace at Galatas Gym in

16-D. Summary Ordinance No. 14,051, an ordinance accepting the lowest responsive
bid received from Perret’s Menswear to supply rain gear as needed in accordance

16-E. Summary Ordinance No. 14,052, an ordinance accepting the lowest responsive
bid received from Thornville Services, Inc. to remove, furnish & install front metal
roof at Rivertown Theater located at 401 Minor Street in accordance with
Electronic Bid 26-2199 in an amount not to exceed $9,900.00 for the General
Services Department.
16-F. Summary Ordinance No. 14,053, an ordinance approving Change Order No. 2 to
the agreement with Partin Roofing, L.L.C. to replace the roofs of the Kenner
Police Headquarters and Jail Facility increasing the agreement amount by
$5,086.92 for a new not to exceed amount of $467,709.42 and to extend the
agreement by 21 days for the Kenner Police Department.
16-G. Summary Ordinance No. 14,054, an ordinance approving Change Order No. 1 to
the agreement with Roofing Solutions, L.L.C. to replace the roof of the Kenner
Police Training Facility increasing the agreement amount by $21,844.17, for a new
not to exceed amount of $176,844.17, and to extend the agreement by 23 days for
the Kenner Police Department.
16-H. Summary Ordinance No. 14,055, an ordinance approving Amendment No. 2 to the
agreement with Geographic Computer Technologies, L.L.C. to provide
Geographic Information Services as assigned by Kenner, increasing the
agreement by $50,000.00, for a new not to exceed amount of $149,900.00 and
extending the term to April 30, 2027, for the Public Works Department.
