[Woldanski] 5.0 Discussion and possible action regarding request of the Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce to utilize the parking lot of the park site on Oakton Avenue for a weekly Farmer's Market, Wednesday evenings, starting the week of Memorial Day and ending by Labor Day. [Woldanski] 6.0 Discussion and possible action regarding request of the Wisconsin Water Ski Federation to utilize Lakefront Park for an adaptive water ski event on Saturday, June 7, 2014. [Rohde] 8.0 Adjourn Into Closed Session - You are hereby notified that the Joint Park and Recreation Board of the City of Pewaukee will convene into closed session after all regular scheduled business has been concluded and upon motion duly made and seconded and acted upon by roll-call vote as required under §19.85(1)(a), Stats. Joint Park and Recreation Board members and staff will attend the closed session. The purpose of the closed session is for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as authorized under §19.85(1)(e), Stats., specifically regarding possible acquisition of lakefront park property. You are further notified that at the conclusion of the Closed Session, the Joint Park and Recreation Board may convene into open session pursuant to §19.85(2), Stats., for possible additional discussion and action concerning any matters discussed in closed session. 9.0 Adjournment [PAGE 2] NOTICE It is possible that members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance to gather information that may form a quorum.
