VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER
LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
HELD: January 9, 2019
TIME AND PLACE:
A regular meeting of the Port Chester Local Development Corporation was convened on
Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 7:55 p.m. at 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York,
10573.
Roll Call
Chairman James Taylor waived the roll call. The following members were present: Daniel
Brakewood, Richard Cuddy, Frank Ferrara, John Hiensch and Richard O’Connell.
Chairman’s Remarks
Chairman Taylor provided a brief overview of the history of the PCLDC. He noted that many
local development corporations in New York are relatively inactive since they are primarily used
in situations that involve the issuance of tax-exempt debt and/or the acquisition or sale of real
property to facilitate economic development or other public purposes. Mr. Taylor proposed
that the PCLDC undertake a review its policies and procedures in preparation for potential
opportunities in the coming year.
