I, Katherine L Adamson, duly qualified and acting County Auditor for the County of Fulton,
Indiana, do hereby certify with regard to all proceedings of the date above; that all of the subjects
included in the foregoing proceedings were contained in the agenda for the meeting, kept
continually current and available for public inspection at the office of the County Auditor; that
such subjects were contained in said agenda for at least twenty-four hours prior to said meeting;
that the minutes of the meeting were in written form and available for public inspection
immediately following approval of the body which held the meeting; that all news media
requesting notification concerning meetings of said body were provided with advance notification
of the time and place of said meeting and the subjects to be discussed at said meeting.

Meeting Called to Order at 9:00 a.m. with Pledge to the Flag. Present: Ron Dittman, Pete Karas, Steve
Fishburn, Patty Geier, Randy Gundrum, Chayse Thompson, Auditor Kathy Adamson and Auditor First
Deputy Cindy Sells.
SURVEYOR - Seth White requested pay raises otherwise budget is the same.
PUBLIC DEFENDER - Mackenzie Breitenstein presented the budget and discussed the increase in cases.
TREASURER-Jennifer Utter requested raises otherwise budget is the same.
ASSESSOR - Kasey Lee requested wage increases. She discussed taking the part time deputy to full time
which will need to go to job classification committee. She discussed changing how assessing will be
done in the future.
COMMUNICATIONS - Brittney Thompson presented her budgets requesting raises. She changed
several line items the previous night, discussed with the Council.
Ron Dittman discussed with the Council about additional raises for the five elected officials (Auditor,
Treasurer, Recorder, Assessor and Clerk). Randy Gundrum made a motion to give the five officials an
additional $3,000 for a total of $5,000. Chayse Thompson seconded; motion carried 6-0. Discussed
having one more budget workshop to look at numbers as the public hearing is September 15th and the
budget must be advertised by September 5th. The Council will reconvene on August 19th at 4:00 pm.
EMA-Dawn Sewell requested raises. The only increase is utilities.
PROSECUTOR - Mike Marrs requested 10% raises for staff. Discussed creating a part time position to
help with truancy in the schools. He will need to go to job classification.
LEPC-Gail Karas presented and explained LEPC.
CORONER -Jon Good requested raises all else is the same. Jeri Good presented figures for 2024.
Recess- Pete Karas made a motion to recess until August 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm. Steve Fishburn seconded,
motion carried 6-0.
