Following the presentation of evidence and testimony the Civil Service Board may enter Executive Session to
discuss the causes for disciplinary action which will consist of discussions of character, competence, physical or
mental health, and/or performance evaluations.

Public comment shall be limited to three (3) minutes per individual and shall be limited to matters under the
jurisdiction of the Civil Service Board.
