The Monterey County Water Resources Agency is reconsidering its boat dock Licensing Conditions and will promulgate a new policy prior to the 2027 Licensing Year. In the meantime, Licensees are cautioned against making significant structural changes to their docks. The Agency will continue to enforce all other provisions and is evaluating findings from the 2025 Boat Dock Survey to inform future policy.
