Commented on the importance of managing waterflow and resurfacing the alley to allow for adequate downhill flow
Expressed concern regarding parking in the area and suggested grading the alleyway to help create positive waterflow
Stated that he doesn't support the Site Plan and is concerned about drainage and parking
Conveyed concern regarding drainage, parking, and increased traffic and congestion
Agreed with Commissioner Steingold that the City Code doesn't reflect present day reality and conveyed concern pertaining to parking, alleyway congestion, and safety concerns
Stressed the importance of resolving parking issues prior to allowing the development
Agreed that parking is an issue and suggested traffic calming efforts and higher fencing
