The County of Westchester is authorized to enter into an agreement with Artemis Arms LLC for the use of its facility for volunteer Public Safety Emergency Force firearms training from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029, with a total payment not to exceed $60,000. This agreement will facilitate required training for the Public Safety Emergency Force and serve a public purpose. The County will track and monitor the goals and objectives of this agreement through reporting by supervisory members of the Public Safety Emergency Force.
