SCI Engineering, Inc. conducted a wetland and waterbody delineation of the approximately 18-acre site located at the end of Rosemary Hill in Collinsville, Illinois. The site was found to contain one relatively permanent waterway, one emergent wetland, and one forested wetland. Any impact to a Water of the United States (WOTUS) would require a Section 404 Permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and a Section 401 Water Quality Certification from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
