Summary

This report presents the findings of a countywide audit of travel expenses in the Mayor's Office Administration. The audit identified opportunities for improvement in adherence to County Travel Policy, including enhancing travel expense reimbursement accuracy, improving accuracy and documentation of travel costs, and improving consistency of travel approvals. The Mayor's Office Administration agreed to all 17 recommendations made by the audit team.
