The easement is located on the Townwood Drive Right-Of-Way in Albemarle County, Virginia, and is more particularly described on the plat prepared by Dewberry Engineers, Inc. The County agrees to grant the easement in exchange for consideration, and the ACSA has the right to enter the property, install and maintain water lines, and trim or remove any trees or obstructions necessary for construction and maintenance.
